Important Dates

Start of the Online Application Process 30th January 2025
Last date for Filling-up of Online Application Forms 25th March 2025
Starting of Downloading of Admit Cards From 25th of April, 2025
Date of Examination 2025 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th, 10th and 11th of May, 2025
Probable Date of Declaration of Results 1st week of June, 2025
 

Applications are invited for Joint Entrance Examination, Odisha (OJEE)-2025 for admission to First year degree/masters courses in B.Pharm / B.Sc Nursing / Post B.Sc Nursing / Post Diploma Nursing/ M.Sc Nursing/ MCA /M.Sc(Comp. Science)/ MBA / Integrated MBA( 5 years) / B. CAT / M.Tech / M.Tech (Part-Time) / M.Arch / M Plan / M.Pharm
and
Lateral Entry to B.Tech / B.Pharm Courses in Government and Private Universities and Colleges of Odisha.

The Entrance Examination will be conducted in Computer Based Test (CBT) mode for all the courses as mentioned above. Interested candidates are advised to fill up the respective Application Forms online through OJEE website (www.ojee.nic.in) only.

Please note that Outside State candidates are not eligible for admission in Government Colleges, but they are eligible for admission in Private Colleges for all the above mentioned courses except all Nursing courses as per Odisha Government rule.
Candidates may install OJEE android App from Google Play Store for latest information and notices.

(For Admission to B.Tech/ B.Arch /B.Plan /Int. MSc, candidates have to appear and qualify in JEE (Main) - 2025. Similarly, for admission in MBBS/BDS and BAMS/BHMS Courses,  in Government and Private Colleges of Odisha, candidates have to appear and qualify in NEET (UG)  2025 conducted by National Testing Agency (NTA), Govt. of India. Similarly for admission to PG (Homeopathy), PG (Ayurveda) candidates have to appear AIPGET 2025. All GATE and GPAT qualified candidates can directly participate in the counselling process, they are not required to appear for OJEE 2025.

PROGRAMME FOR JOINT ENTRANCE EXAMINATION - 2025, ODISHA AND ELIGIBILITY

  Programme Eligibility
1. B. Pharmacy

 
Passed 10+2 examination with Physics and Chemistry as compulsory subjects along with Mathematics/ Biology subject.

2. B.CAT (4 years) Cinematography: Passed or appearing in 2025 Intermediate (10+2) in Science from CHSE, Odisha /CBSE/ICSE / other State Board or any
equivalent recognized by CHSE.
Sound Recording and Design: Passed or appearing in 2025 Intermediate (10+2) in Science from CHSE, Odisha /CBSE/ICSE / other State Board or any equivalent recognized by CHSE.
Film Editing: Passed or appearing in 2025 Intermediate (10+2) in Science/Arts /Commerce from CHSE, Odisha / CBSE/ICSE / other State Board or any equivalent recognized by CHSE
3. Lateral Entry (LE) - TECH
(3 Years)

Passed Minimum THREE years / TWO years (Lateral Entry) Diploma examination with at least 45% marks (40% marks in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) in ANY branch of
Engineering and Technology
OR
Passed B.Sc. Degree from a recognized University as defined by UGC, with at least 45% marks (40% marks in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) and passed 10+2 examination with
Mathematics as a subject.
OR
Passed D.Voc. Stream in the same or allied sector. (the students belonging to B.Sc. Stream shall be considered only after filling the supernumerary seats in this category with students belonging to the Diploma stream)
(The Universities may offer suitable bridge courses such as Mathematics, Physics, Engineering drawing, etc., for the students coming from diverse backgrounds to achieve desired learning
outcomes of the programme)

LE - B. Pharm (3 years)

 

Passed Diploma examination in a Programme with at least 45% marks (40% marks in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) in appropriate Programme.
5. MBA (2 Years) Passed Bachelor Degree of minimum 3 years duration. Obtained at least 50% marks (45% marks in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) in the qualifying Examination.
6.  MCA (2 Years)  Passed BCA/ Bachelor Degree in Computer Science Engineering or equivalent Degree.
OR
Passed B.Sc./ B.Com./ B.A. with Mathematics at 10+2 Level or at Graduation Level (with additional bridge Courses as per the norms of the concerned University).
Obtained at least 50% marks (45% marks in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) in the qualifying Examination
7. Integrated MBA (5 years)
Passed 10+2 examination. Obtained at least 45% marks (40% marks in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) in the above subjects taken together.
8. M TECH/ M ARCH/ M PLAN (2 Years) Passed Bachelors Degree or equivalent in the relevant field. Obtained at least 50% marks (45% marks in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) in the qualifying Examination.
9. M PHARM (2 years) Passed Bachelor Degree in Pharmacy. Obtained at least 55% marks (50% marks in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) in the qualifying Examination.
10. Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing / M.Sc. Nursing / Post Basic Diploma Nursing  Passed/ Appeared General Nursing & Midwifery examination/ Basic B.Sc. Nursing / Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing/

How To Apply:

1) Candidates can apply for OJEE only through Online mode through the website www.ojee.nic.in.
2) Candidates not complying with the instructions shall summarily be disqualified.
3) Candidates must retain the following documents with them as reference for future correspondence.
      (a) Printouts of the computer-generated Confirmation Page of the Application Form.
      (b) Proof of fee payment.
4) The fee can be remitted online through any of the following methods: Debit Card/ credit card (VISA/ MASTER/ Maestro cards/ Rupay cards)/ Internet Banking
5)The candidates should provide all the authentic details while filling up the online form.
6)This Registration Number is the User ID of the applicant to login to OJEE website.
7)Candidates have to choose either single or multiple courses as applicable depending on their educational qualification. Examination fees will be decided depending on the number of courses for which the candidate is applying
8)Candidate has to fill the particulars online and also upload his/her photograph, full signature and left-hand thumb impression
9)Application must be complete in all respect. Incomplete / unsuccessful submission of application will lead to outright rejection
