Important Dates

Institute of Rural Management (IRMA) Anand invites application for admission to full-time Residential Executive Post Graduate Diploma in Management (Rural) PGDMX(R) program January-2022.

With the launch of this 15 month Executive Post Graduate Diploma in Management (Rural) [PGDMX(R)], many of the serving officers in producer owned institutions, cooperative sector organisations, agri-industrial and other organisations, service sector organisations and other designated organizations would now have an opportunity to acquire formal knowledge and develop managerial skill in their career benefitting the society at large.

The Programme has been structured in two segments namely (i) Class-room Segment and (ii) Fieldwork Segment.

Classroom Segment:

This has four terms consisting of 48 credits which cover basic, common and advanced courses distributed among core and optional ones.

Fieldwork Segment (Part-I and II)

This has been distributed in two phases where first phase has 2 credits (four weeks) which is a short-term project work on-field and the second phase has six credits (ten weeks).Programme is led towards facilitation for placement of participants who are non- sponsored candidates.

Eligibility:

• Graduate in any discipline with 50% or above (45% or above for SC/ST/DAP)aggregate marks or equivalent CGPA at the graduation level.
• Admission will be on the basis of the candidate having a valid score of either CAT/XAT/GMAT or Mini GMAT as under:
  Validity of Scores of Entrance Tests
  CAT - 2019, 2020 and 2021
  XAT - 2020, 2021 and 2022
  GMAT/Mini GMAT - From 1st January 2020 till 1st January 2022
• Assessment of the curriculum vitae, group exercises, and/or personal interview at IRMA. The weightage given to different components appears in as under:
  Score of the Entrance Test as per Table-1 above - 35%
  Academic Performance (AP) - 10%
  Exotic Careers - 5%
  Interview and Group Discussions - 40%
  Extra-curricular Activities and Sports - 5%
  Gender diversity - 5%
  Total - 100%
• Minimum Work Experience : At least five years post-qualification full-time work experience in Managerial/Supervisory position. The person should have completed five years of full-time work in the prescribed capacity on 31st December of the year of admission

Selection Process

• Candidates to appear in entrance test and submit score to the institute along with application form [Remarks: Any of the following entrance tests CAT/XAT/GMAT] .Candidates who have already cleared any of above tests will download their scores and provide to the institute along with application form[Remarks: Any of the following entrance tests CAT/XAT/GMAT or; Validity of the scores will be considered as provided]
• Group activity and/or Personal Interview
• Result Announcement [Remarks: Components with weightage as provided in Table 2]

Checklist
Please ensure you have the following documents/information ready before applying online.

• Valid Email ID.

• CAT/XAT/GMAT/Mini GMAT Exam details.

• Valid VISA/Mastercard sponsored credit/debit card issued by scheduled banks.
1) For credit card transaction you should have "3d Secure PIN", generated through the sponsoring bank.
2) For debit card transaction you need to have "Internet Banking UserID" and "Internet Banking Password", issued by sponsoring bank.

• Personal Information.

• Academic/Professional Details.

• Scanned or digital copy of your photograph and signature. Recommended resolution for scanned photograph is (150 X 180) pixel (use stamp size photograph) and recommended resolution for scanned signature is (150 X 70) pixel.

• Scanned copy of self-attested latest proof issued by the appropriate authority of OBC (Non creamy) / SC / ST / DAP category as applicable.
