Jamia Millia Islamia New Delhi, Centre for Physiotherapy & Rehabilitation Sciences invites application for B.Voc. Medical Laboratory Sciences (MLS) and B.Voc. Medical Electrophysiology (MEP) for the year 2018- 2019.
The courses have been approved by the University Grants Commission under Deen Dayal Upadhyay KAUSHAL Scheme in the Centre for Physiotherapy & Rehabilitation Sciences, Jamia Millia Islmia, New Delhi.
The Course aims at providing the graduates of higher education systems to have adequate knowledge and skills for employment and entrepreneurship and also to fulfill the emerging needs of the economy.
Duration : 3 years
No. of seats :
50 seats in each course (Including all reservation/Supernumere reservations as per JMI rules).
Eligibility
Students who have passed 10+2 level examination (or equivalent) without any background of vocational training. Such students must have secured at least overall 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology at the 10+2 (or equivalent) level.
Selection
Selection will be done through the Entrance exam followed by the interview.
Weightage of marks
Written Exam: 70 Marks
Interview: 30 Marks
Centre of the exam will be In Jamia Millia Islamia, New Delhi only
Course Fee :
The total course fee will be Rs.44,200/- (Forty Four Thousand Two Hundred only) per year (for 2 semesters).
How to apply
The admission form may be filled up thorough JMI admission portal latest by 28.07.2018.
The list of the candidates admitted in the courses will be displayed on the J.M.I. website. The candidates are advised to visit the J.M.I. website regularly for the latest updates. Al other conditions for granting admission in Jamia Millia Islmia will remain same as mentioned in the Jamia Prospectus 2018-19 which is available on the Jamia website: www.jmi.ac.in
