IISER Bhopal is starting an Integrated Ph.D. program in Mathematics from August 2022 . The program aims to rigorously train and guide students in the various research areas currently represented in the department.
Eligibility
Bachelors Degree in Mathematics / Statistics / Technology with a minimum of 60% marks or CGPA of 7.0 on a 10 point scale. Candidates appearing in the final year exam of their Bachelors Degree in these disciplines are highly encouraged to apply.
How to apply
Applications forms can submit online through the website of the institute iphd.iiserb.ac.in.
After submitting the application online, a printed copy of the same along with all the requited documents must be posted to The Dean, Academic Affairs, Indian Institute of Science Education and Research (IISER) Bhopal, Indore By-pass Road, Bhuri, Bhopal - 462 066, Madhya Pradesh, India
Selection
Applications will be screened for an entrance exam to be held on at IISER Bhopal (Bhauri Campus). List of shortlisted candidates for the entrance examination will be announced on webpage
Fellowship
All selected candidates will receive a fellowship of Rs. 10,000/- per month in the initial two years subject to satisfactory performance in their course work. Subsequently, the fellowship will be revised to comply with the existing CSIR-UGC norms.
