Admissions to B.Tech. courses in Netaji Subhas Institute of Technology (NSIT) will be done through Joint Admission Counseling (JAC) Delhi along with other institutes under Govt. of NCT of Delhi.
Prospective students are requested to apply online, through the JAC portal jacdelhi.nic.in/
Centrallized Counselling for admission to B.Tech. / B.Arch. programs of 4 pioneering technical universities / institutes of Govt. of NCT of Delhi, namely Delhi Technological University (DTU), Indira Gandhi Delhi Technical University for Women (IGDTUW), Indraprastha Institute of Information Technology Delhi (IIIT-D) and Netaji Subhas Institute of Tecnology (NSIT), will be conducted through Joint Admission Counselling (JAC Delhi 2021). Prospective candidates are required to fill a single online application form on this website to participate in the centrallized counselling under JAC Delhi 2021.
NSIT offers following branches B.Tech Programmes at the Undergraduate Level:
NSIT Delhi has been admitting students to its undergraduate programmes on the basis of marks obtained by them in the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) - MAIN, which is been conducted by Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) every year.
Eligibility
Admission to the participating Universities / Institution will be based on the All India Rank prepared by CBSE giving 40% weightage (suitably normalized) to class XII (or equivalent other qualifying examination) marks and 60% to the performance in Paper – 1 of JEE (Main) 2021 Examination. For admission to B. Arch., Paper-2 of JEE (Main) 2021 Examination will be considered.
Qualifying Examination :
The qualifying examination for admission to all the participating universities / institution is any of the following examination:
Note: Candidates who have appeared at the Annual Examination in the year 2021
and have
been placed in compartment will not be eligible for admission for the year 2021.
A candidate securing 60 percent or more marks in the aggregate of Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics, and have passed English as a subject of study at the Senior School Certificate Examination Level (Core or Elective) shall be eligible for admission to the first semester of B. Tech. / B. E. course provided he/she has passed in each subject separately.
How to apply
All candidates desirous of seeking admission to NSIT are required to visit website www.jacdelhi.nic.in to pay a non-refundable registration-cum-counselling fee of Rs. 1500/- (+ Bank / Bill Desk Transactions Charges).
The candidate will initiate the fee submission for online registration process by entering his/her following details:
• JEE(Main) Roll No.
• Mobile No.
• E-Mail ID
Candidates may submit an amount of Rs. 1400/- (+ Bank / Bill Desk Transactions Charges) as registration-cum-counselling fee (Non-Refundable) using any of the following modes:
(i) By Credit / Debit Card / Internet Banking through Bill Desk Payment Gateway Candidates can pay their registration-cum-counselling fee using the BillDesk Payment Gateway facility accessible on this website. Additional Transaction Charges for this mode are given below:
• Credit / Debit Cards - 1.00% of the transaction amount plus Service Tax as
applicable.
• Internet Banking - Rs. 10/- plus Service Tax as applicable
