Download of Application Forms- Applicants can download the Application
Form from the website of IBS and complete it and send it to The Admissions
Officer, IBS HQ Admissions Department, 13/17, Nagarjuna Hills, Punjagutta,
Hyderabad - 500082 along with a Demand Draft of a requisite amount payable
at Hyderabad towards the cost of IBSAT Bulletin. The IBSAT Bulletin will
then be sent to the applicants.
Online Registration - Candidates can register online for IBSAT
by filling up the online Registration Form available at the website and
make payment of a requisite amount towards cost of IBSAT Bulletin using
credit cards ( Visa / MasterCard / Citibank Card ) through secure internet
payment gateway. The Bulletin will then be sent to such candidates. Such
candidates who are registering online are required to attach their scanned
colour photograph alongwith online application.
Test Centres - The applicants can choose from 109 test centres all
over India. In case of insufficient seats at a requested test centre,
the applicants will be allotted the nearest alternative centre, and they
will be intimated about it through e-mail. The IBS HQ Admissions department
may add or delete a few test centres depending on the situation and information
regarding this will be intimated on the website for the benefit of the
applicants.
E-mail - It is mandatory for the candidates to have a valid e-mail
id and they should indicate the same in their applications as all important
information regarding IBSAT will be sent to candidates via e-mail id.
Similarly, the candidates are required to send their letters/correspondence
to the e-mail address of IBS and while doing so they should clearly indicate
their Name and Application Number.
Online Admit Cards - All those applicants who have submitted
their filled in Application Forms are eligible to download Online Admit
Cards from the website. The application number and date of birth can be
used as username and password respectively. The online admit card will
carry such details as photo, name, address, roll number of the applicant.
The test date, timings and details of the test centre will be provided
in the admit card. Hard Copies of Admit Cards will not be sent to candidates
and the admit cards are not transferable.
Selection Briefings- IBS conducts selection briefing for the benefit
of those candidates who have been called for interview. This opportunity
is available at about 40 centres across India sometime in the month of
January of the year of admission. During the briefing candidates can get
information on various aspects relating to the interview process, financial
aid and placement at IBS. The shortlisted candidates can attend these
selection briefings alongwith their parents, the schedule and venue of
which will be intimated to the candidates.
Interview - The applicants shortlisted on the basis of IBSAT/GMAT
scores are called for interview in the month of February. The interview
process for each applicant is normally completed in one day however, applicants
who apply for both 2 year MBA and 1year Executive PG Program will be required
to attend interviews on two consecutive days. The call letters
for the interview are mailed to the successful candidates.
