Padmabhushan Vasantdada Patil Arts, Science and Commerce College Patoda, Dist. Beed is a grant-in-aid college. The college is co-education type. The college was granted permanent affiliation by the University in 2002-2003. The college is recognized under 2(f) and 12(B) of UGC in November 2007. National Assessment and Accreditation Council of Bangalore has reaccredited our college in January 2012 with grade “B”. The campus area of the college is 5 acres. The college is located in rural and hilly area.
The college has parking area for two and four wheeler vehicles, photocopying facility, Students’ Consumer Store, Auditorium, Seminar hall, Media hall, and a Canteen. We have Rainwater Harvesting Project in the campus. The spacious and separate Computerised Library building and Women’s Hostel. There are 25 classrooms for teaching purpose. The newly built Indoor Sports Stadium adds in the beauty of the campus. We have also built a 200 metres Athletics Track on the playground. There are 92 computers in the Central Computer Laboratory. We have initiated English Language Laboratory in academic year 2012-13. The college has Placement and Counseling Cell, Self-employment guidance Center and Competitive Examinations Guidance Center.
