M.V.R. Degree College affiliated to the Andhra University was established in the year 1991 under the management of Priyadarshini Educational Academy. The academy is also running prestigious educational institutions, namely (1) M.V.R. P.G. College (2) M.V.R.Junior College (3) Sri Aurobindo Ideal High School (4)Priyadarshini High School(5)Centre for Research in Chemistry,in and around Gajuwaka. The College offers different courses in science,commerce and arts at graduate and faculty of science at P.G level.
Library: Our College has a collection of more than 16,050 books on various subjects at Degree level and provided sufficient furniture for the establishment of library. 11 News papers and 33 various Magazines are also available for the students and staff in the library.
