To fulfill the growing needs of this town in the field of higher education, the Bhadra education society established the Bhadra college during the year 1968-69 started PUC and BA courses, later in the year 1973-74 it introduced B.Com courses also.The Bhadra College was renamed as Sir.M.Visveswaraya Arts , Commerce and Science College . The campus is well facilitated by a tar road and possesses a well laid out sprawling garden
