Sankalchand Patel College of Engineering Established in 1999 BY Sri Bholabhai C.Patel, chairman of Nutan Sarva Vidhyalay Kelvani Mandal-VISNAGAR with an aim of producing world class professionals in the specialized fields of Engineering and Management sciences. The Institute is affiliated to Gujarat Technical University,Ahmedabad. And Also it is approved by all India Council for technical Education AICTE (New Delhi)
Library:The college has a well-furnished, spacious and rich library with a separate reading room on the second floor of the building. It provides a serene and noiseless atmosphere to students for reading and research. At present, the library stock more than 28000 books comprising of almost 9000 titles on various subjects of engineering, business administration and computer application. In addition total 10 Online E-Resources (having over 19000 E-Journals, E-Magazine, E-Articles, Over 11000 Abstracts, Over 1700 E-Books) and 145 no of magazines and journals (Print Copy) are subscribed as per the norms laid down by AICTE.
Campus Wi-Fi
At present the college has 24 MBPS internet facility to meet the requirement of the faculty and students. Students can search their study and project work related topics and download them. Internet Facility is also available at college and hostel in the form of Wi-Fi during as well as after College Hours.
Hostel Facility
Separate hostel accommodation facility along with the mess is available for both boys (648) and girls (240) students.
The centralized Training & Placement Office (TPO) located at the S. K. Campus establishes the vital link between students and prospective employers to facilitate training and placement of students as they begin their career after graduation.
