Zayaka: A training restaurant cooked, served and managed by the students is operational whole year. With seating capacity of more than 50, every day students, faculty and guests dine at Zayaka. Students get their hands on learning at Menu planning, Buffet Management, Guests handling, Silver/Elaborate Table service and Restaurant reservation management. Hotel Management students are well trained and groomed at this training restaurants to meet to meet the high level competition in one of the fastest growing industry.
Banquet Hall: Faculty of Hotel Management & Catering is well equipped with 300-350 capacity banquet hall which is totally managed, served and cooked by the Hotel Management students.
