The Gujarat flying club was established on 20th December 1958, since its inception, the club has produced a number of commercial pilots, aircraft maintenance engineers, flight engineers, as well as flying instructors who are active in the field of aviation to date, with a number of them holding prestigious positions in the Armed Forces as well as with commercial airlines.
