Vivekanandha College of Arts and Sciences for Women (Autonomous) was established and hailed into Women’s Educational Service in the Year 1995. Angammal Educational Trust Chaired by the great Educationalist 'Vidhya Rathna' Prof. Dr. M. KARUNANITHI, B.Pharm., M.S., Ph.D., D.Litt., sponsors this college and other institutions under the name of the great Saint Vivekanandha. Our institutions are situated on either side of Tiruchengode-Namakkal Main Road at Elayampalayam, 6 kms away from Tiruchengode. This is biggest women’s college in India with more than 7500 girl students and more than 18 departments. The strength of the college was just 65 at the time of its establishment. With the dedication, work, sacrifice and long vision of the chairman, this institution has grown into a Himalaya stage. Autonomous status is given to the college for its successful performance.

Safety & Security Systems: The facility caters to and looks after the needs of the college campus, the well furnished buildings equipped with all modern amenities and are efficiently administrated to provide right atmosphere for student life and assures safety and security to our student.
Transport: The management operating a fleet of Buses, Vans, Numbering more than 200 for easy mobility of the students from different parts of the districts of 9 which includes Namakkal, Erode, Salem, Dharmapuri, Trichy, Karur, Dindigul, and Tirupur Districts.
Hospital: Vivekanandha educational institutions additionally own VIVEKANADHA MEDICAL CARE HOSPITAL, which is a multispeciality hospital. This hospital was mainly established for the welfare of the students studing across the entire institution.
Library: The College Library established in 1995. Our library is kept open from 8.30 am to 7.00 pm without a break. A Book Bank has been opened for weaker section of students (SC&ST) for their utility. Bar Code Technology was introduced in 2010. Our library now functions in a full fledged manner and cater to the library needs of students and faculty members. Books and journals are easily accessible to both students and Research Scholars.
IT Infrastructure: The college has a fast, reliable and rugged computer network. This network serves as backbone connectivity to all the Blocks and Departments.
Vivekanandha Vettri IAS Academy: To provide proper guidance from experts to achieve in civil services exams, Vivekanandha College has established IAS Academy in association with VETRII IAS STUDY CIRCLE.
Canteen & General Stores: Dedicated canteen facilities and round the clock canteen facilities with vegetarian and non-vegetarian food are also available to the students. Various other snacks, biscuits, chocolates, ice cream and soft drinks, fresh fruits and juices etc. are available in the canteen. Apart from this Centralized Department Stores is also available that provides all the stationeries to the students.
Gym: To make fitness, gym is provided to the students which act as a Fitness Centre. It provides all sorts of training such as cardiovascular training, strength training, flexibility training, yoga and aerobics training. The gym is equipped with the most modern fitness equipment from world leaders in Gym Equipment.
Xerox Facilities: Three Photo Copies (Xerox) section are provided on Campus. The facility caters to the documentation needs of the students and adds to their convenience.
Banks & ATM: An on campus banking facility is provided by Indian Overseas Bank and along with Three ATM facility is provided by City Union Bank. It is fully computerized and air conditioned. It caters to the need of all the students and staffs. The ATM facility is a boon to the hostelites and faculty. These banking facilities serve as mean to all students to make all expenses in safe and convenient mode.
 
 Hostel Facility
Hostel facilities ATE VICAS, are provided for students with Excellent accommodation facilities with well furnished double and four occupancy rooms, Sprawling and Artistic layout, Hygienic Kitchen, Spacious Dining Halls for both under graduate and post graduate students separately.
