One can apply for the scholarship from 1st September to 30th September of every year. The notification of scholarship schemme will be advertised in the all the leading national and regional news papers on 1st September every year on all India basis.
Online Application :
Candidates are requested to fill the online application form in order to avoid postal delay/ loss in transit. Those are studying in 11th standard, 1st year of a 2 year ITI course, 1st year of Engineering degree, MBBS and MBA courses can apply through Online application form by logging on to ioclscholar.sifyitest.com. or at www.iocl.com/ Such candidates need not send application form by post.
If for any reason candidate encounters any problem/ difficulty in applying through online System, the candidate can download the Application form containing unique Application Form No. printed on it. Candidates who are applying offline may use this application form number for all their future correspondence. Applications not in prescribed format (downloaded from the website) will be summarily rejected.
