Candidates should be between 21 to 30 years of age as on 1 August of the
year of examination.
Maximum 30 for general category, 33 for OBCs and 35 for SCs/STs
.
Educational Qualifications:
Candidates are required to have degree or equivalent qualification from a
recognized institute or university.
Personal attributes
They must be
honest, extrovert, dynamic and dedicated people with a high sense of morality,
integrity and love for the country. Leadership qualities and communication
skills are also essential, to be in this field. One must also be aware of
national and international affairs.
