VITERBI India Program is offered by Viterbi School of Engineering, University of Southern California (USC) and the Indo-US Science and Technology Forum (IUSSTF) for the best and brightest Indian students to undertake a research internship at the Viterbi School of Engineering . The Viterbi-India Program provided an opportunity to the Indian students to gain exposure and access to world class research facilities in the Viterbi School. The Program also promote research and capacity building in frontline areas of engineering and technology and encourage outsanding students to take up research as a career.

Provisions

Scholarship is awarded for a period of eight weeks which covers Stipend and Airfare

Eligibility Criteria :

Indian students currently pursuing a Bachelors or Masters degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Sciences and Computational Sciences at recognized institutions of higher education in India. The students should have:

Grade Point Average (GPA) of 8.5 or higher
Percentage equivalent: 80% and higher
Candidates enrolled in 3rd year of a four-year program and 3rd and 4th year students in a five-year program (completing their degrees on or after May 2019) are only eligible to apply

Applicants can be download the form from www.iusstf.org . Applicants can also submit the application form electronically to viterbi-india@indousstf.org.

Candidates should submit the application along with documents according to the checklist mentioned in point 17 of the application form. Documents to be a single pdf document. Single scans or other electronic versions of documents will also be accepted. Incomplete applications and applications received after the stipulated date will not be considered.
