Frank Brake Scholarship is for pursuing masters degree level at London South Bank University. London South Bank University offers scholarships for masters students in the field of Enterprise, Food Safety & Control programmes from donations received from alumnus and entrepreneur Frank Brake. The scholarships are available for UK, EU or international students to pursue masters degree in London South Bank University. Four scholarships are offered. Total offer is of £4,000 (or £500 less than the course fees, whichever is the lower).

Eligibility Criteria :

The scholarships are awarded primarily on academic merit, evidence of an applicants' commitment to their future career and their previous practical or academic achievements. Students will be selected by the scholarship panel whose decision is final. No appeals will be received.

-an LSBU offer (conditional or unconditional) of a place on MSc Food Safety & Control or MSc Enterprise

-proof of academic excellence. Qualifications obtained outside the UK will be assessed for equivalency using NARIC

-evidence of having commitment to their future career and previous practical or academic achievement.

Amount of scholarship

Total offer is of £4,000 (or £500 less than the course fees, whichever is the lower).

-Scholarships will be given in the form of a fee reduction at enrollment to LSBU, provided that students produce the official certificate.

Selection Criteria

All applications must be received by the deadline date. Scholarships are awarded primarily on academic merit and evidence of applicants’ commitment to their future career and their previous practical or academic achievement. Selection is made by a scholarship panel. Their decision is final and no appeals will be received.

How to apply

One can apply online via email after firmly accept the unconditional or conditional offer to study at LSBU. We recommend you apply for your place at LSBU as soon as possible to ensure you have been made an offer and have time to complete your scholarship application by the deadline.

To submit the application, complete the application form (PDF File 322 KB) and send via email to pgscholarships@lsbu.ac.uk along with scans of your university transcripts/certificates. Your application will not be considered without these.
