University of Oxford, UK, provides Felix Scholarship for outstanding Indian students to pursue full-time one-year master's program and full-time D.Phil program in any subject at the University of Oxford, the University of Reading and the School of Oriental and African Studies, University of London (SOAS). The scholarships are administered by the three partner universities, with the support of the Felix Trustees.

Scholarship Details
The scholarship is provided for 4 scholars for the full duration of fee liability for the agreed course and will cover 100% of University and college fees, a grant for living costs (of at least £14,100) and one return flight from India to the UK.

Eligibility

To be eligible for the scholarship,

Applicants should be applying to start a new, full-time one-year master's course or full-time D.Phil course at Oxford.
Applicants must be a national of and ordinarily resident in India
Applicants must have a first-class undergraduate or master's degree from an Indian university
Applicants must not hold a degree from a university outside of India (this rule does not apply to study undertaken whilst in receipt of a Felix Scholarship)
Applicants are expected to return to India after completing their studies

Selection Procedure

Scholarships will be awarded on the basis of academic merit and financial need

Candidates can obtain the application form from www.felixscholarship.org. Candidates need not apply separately for the scholarship. All eligible candidates must submit their application for graduate study.
