Eligibility Criteria

The academic criteria for appearing in AIPMST (Primary) - 2019 are that the candidate must have passed the final examination of 10+2 (Class- XII) or its equivalent referred to as the qualifying examination with 50 % marks in all subject. Those appearing in 10+2 or equivalent examination may also appear at AIPMST (Primary) - 2019 provisionally.

Note: The total number of attempts for General and OBC candidates is three, whereas the total number of attempts for SC/ST/PH is five.

Age Limit:

Candidates whose date of birth falls on or after 1st Oct. 1994 are eligible to apply for AIPMST (Primary) - 2019. However, in the case of Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST) and Physically Handicapped (PH) candidates, upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years, i.e. SC, ST and PH candidates who are born on or after October 01, 1989 are also eligible. The date of birth as recorded in the Secondary Education Board/University certificate shall only be considered valid.

Selection Process

For seeking admission in the AIPMST (Primary) participating institutes for the academic year 2019 – 2020, applicants should complete the following procedure:

Step 1. It is mandatory to appear at the AIPMST (Primary) Scholarship Test for admission in AIPMST (Primary) participating institutes. The applicants can apply either online or offline mode for AIPMST (Primary) - 2019. For Online Mode, applicants may visit: www.aipmstprimary.co.in. For Offline Mode, applicants need to fill a hard copy of the printed application.

Step 2. All the applicants, who are applying to the AIPMST (Primary) - 2019, have to take a written test. The successful applicants would be invited for a counselling round. The total number of students who can apply for admission is 10000.

Step 3. All the eligible applicants have to appear at the counseling round for admission, in which they would get option to choose an institute and a desired branch. After filling all the choices, applicants will get 5 choices of institutes finally and they have to choose one from amongst them. The counselling shall be conducted after the declaration of result. Here, it is noteworthy that the attendance at the counseling is mandatory to avail this facility.

Step 4. It is after the counselling round that the candidates shall be provided application receipts. The selected applicants have to report to the institute in person on the given date and time with the admission receipt with original documents required for further proceedings.

Examination Pattern

The entrance examination will be conducted offline(Pen and Paper based) only, consisting of three sections namely Physics, Chemistry and Biology bearing equal weight age in terms of questions and marks. There shall be objective type questions.

The pattern of the examination shall be objective type based and there would be multiple choice questions with four options, having single correct answer (each correct answer carry four marks). The candidate is supposed to mark the right answer on the OMR sheet. For each incorrect response, one forth (1/4) of the total marks allotted to the question would be deducted. No deduction from the total score will, however, be made if no response is indicated for an item in the answer sheet if they are not sure about the correct response. Please note that more than one response indicated against a question would be deemed as an incorrect response and will be negatively marked. Also even if one of the answers is correct the response shall be considered as negative.

Application Process

Candidates of AIPMST (Primary) have to apply either Online or Offline.

ONLINE MODE

PROCESS – 1 (Online Application, Online Upload Images, Online Payment & Online Submission)

Step1. Fill up the application:

Applicants have to fill up the Online Application as per the norms prescribed on the website www.aipmstprimary.co.in

Step 2. Upload Images (Photograph & Aadhar card no. or Signature or Left Thumb Impression):

Applicants have to upload their scanned copy of a recent colour photograph, Signature and LTI in .JPG / .JPEG Format.

Step 3. Payment of examination fees: Submission of application:

The students must fill up their application forms, pay fees and submit them online. Applicants have to pay their examination fee as mentioned in the table below online through debit card/credit card or net banking.

Step 4. Submission of application:

Applicants have to submit their duly filled up application online by clicking the submit button.

OFFLINE MODE

(Fill up Hardcopy of Printed Application)

Step 1. Fill up application form:

The eligible candidates have to fill up offline printed application completely and to check all details carefully.

Step 2. Paste photograph, put signature & Impress Left Thumb Impression (LTI):

Applicants have to paste recent passport size coloured photograph (size 3.5 cm X 4.5 cm) sign their form (using blue ballpoint pen) and LTI (using blue stamp ink) on the application form.

Step 3. Payment of examination fees:

Pay examination fees (as mentioned in the table below) through Demand Draft in favour of BRAINZTORM TECHNICAL EXCELLENCE PVT. LTD. payable at NEW DELHI.

Step 4. Application submission:

Filled up application form along with Demand Draft must be sent by speed/registered post or courier to the following address: Brainztorm Technical Excellence Pvt. Ltd , North Star Business Centres B-109, First Floor, Sector 5, Noida Delhi (NCR), U.P - 201301.

9) Character certificate in original from the head of the Institution last attended Original).
