GIIS Global Citizen Scholarship is sponsored by the Global Schools Foundation (GSF), a Singapore based organization for studying at the Flagship Campus at Queenstown of the Global Indian International School (GIIS ) at Singapore. GIIS Global Citizen Scholarship program was established in 2008 to offer the best academic and career prospects to meritorious students from around the world. The two year Scholarship will be awarded to outstanding students attending senior secondary level (Classes 11 and 12) for either CBSE or IB Diploma program.

Scholarship Amount :

The scholarship amount worth S$90,000* for each student will be sponsored by the Global Schools Foundation. This will include tuition fees, boarding, annual and settling allowances, one-time return airfare from India to Singapore. Subsidized medical benefits will also be provided. No bond is attached to GIIS Global Citizen Scholarship.

Eligibility Criteria :

CBSE – 9th Final and 10th Pre Board – A1 Grades in all subjects
ICSE – 9th Final– 90% and 10th Pre Board – 85% in Aggregate
IGCSE –9th Final and Pre Board 10th – A Grades and above in all subjects with extended curriculum
State Board – 9th Final - 90% and 10th Pre Board – 85% in Aggregate Scholarship Application

English should be the medium of instruction. Written test will include General ability, Logical Reasoning, Mathematics and English

Selection Process

Shortlisted candidates will be invited for a written test in the end of March . Candidates, who successfully clear the written test, would be called for interviews in end of May/early June

Board exam mark sheets should be provided on declaration of results. Selected students would be expected to leave for Singapore by the end of June

Test Centers
Written tests will be held in Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata, Indore, Surat, Ahmedabad, Pune and Noida

Download and print the Scholarship Application Form at www.giisscholarships.org and mail along with mark sheets of Class 10 pre-Board exam, Class 9 final exams, two (2) passport-size photographs, extra-curricular achievements and a detailed CV/profile of applicant to:
