Kerala State Council for Science, Technology and Environment, an autonomous body of Government of Kerala has been providing Research Fellowships for qualified candidate to do Ph. D. work. This scheme was established in 2002 to provide research training and to promote and support MSc/M.Tech rank holders from the Universities in Kerala to develop their careers as scientists.
Subject areas:
Mathematical Sciences, Life Sciences, Physical Sciences, Chemical Sciences, Earth, Atmospheric, Ocean and Planetary Sciences, Engineering Sciences and Environmental Sciences.
The KSCSTE Research Fellow can register for Ph.D. in any of the Universities in Kerala in the subject of study.
Provisions
The Fellowship is for a period not exceeding three years for 100 selected fellows and amounts to Rs 22,000/- pm for the first two years and Rs 25,000/- for the 3rd year. The fellowship will carry an annual contingency grant of Rs 20,000/- Plus H.R.A also will be granted to the fellows.
Age limit: Age should not be more than 35 years as on 1st January of the current year.
Candidates can submit application online in the prescribed format with the copies of required certificates. The online submission window will be available only till the last date.

Cndidates should ensure that the total size of all the uploads together wont exceed 7MB), if not they may be scanned and made handy (minimum file size) for attaching the same during online submission.
The PDF of the application form generated at the end of the submission should be printed out, duly signed and mailed to
