NSDL and Vidyasaarathi together provides NSDL e-Gov Scholarship Scheme for engineering students for pursuing any full time Engineering course (B.E/B.Tech) courses. Preference will be given to students residing near to NSDL e-Gov branch locations This scheme is not applicable for NSDL e-Gov employees and their Children.

Vidyasaarathi is a technology-enabled initiative by NSDL e-Governance Infrastructure Limited (NSDL e-Gov) to bridge the gap in education finance in the country through an online platform. Students can search and apply for various education finance schemes they are qualified for. Fund providers, industries, and corporates can promote skill development by designing education finance schemes in Vidyasaarathi and manage these schemes.

Due to unaffordable and increasing fees structure of the higher education in India many students misses out on the higher education due to lack of funds. Those students that are willing to pursue higher education and need financial support can use Vidyasaarathi platform to avail the required financial support. Students seeking for education scholarship can search and apply for various education finance schemes that they are qualified for.

NSDL, the first and largest depository in India, established in August 1996 and promoted by institutions of national stature has established a state-of-the-art infrastructure that handles most of the securities held and settled in dematerialized form in the Indian capital market.

Eligibility Criteria :

Student who are pursuing any Under Graduate course for the current year (B.E/B.Tech) courses
Students possess minimum 60% in Class 12, Minimum 60% in Diploma
Students family income is between 0.00 - 500000.00

Scholarship

Successful candidates will be eligible to receive a scholarship of Max. Upto 25000.00 . Student should have an active bank account, as the Scholarship amount would be transferred to students bank account in case of reimbursement.
