The Indian Institute of Foreign Trade (IIFT) is an autonomous body set up by the Government of India in 1963. It helps to professionalise the country's foreign trade management and increase exports by developing human resources, generating, analysing and disseminating data and conducting research. The institute caters to the requirements of both aspiring international business executives as well as mid career professionals. The institute has campuses at New Delhi and Kolkata. The IIFT Kolkata centre was inaugurated in July 2006 and is pursuing all activities as are performed at Delhi centre and under the samr administrative set-up.
The IIFT conducts admission test for admission to its two-year MBA (IB) course.
